I can't say enough about our whole experience with Value Max Construction. The quality of their work is exceptional. They did more than I had expected and paid attention to every detail. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. They painted 40 year old cabinets in two bathrooms, painted iron railings, painted five rooms, installed and painted baseboards and trim in several rooms. They were punctual, did not inconvenience us, and they work efficiently. We look forward to having them do more projects in the future.

I had a fantastic experience working with Roman and his company. I had to get the walls touched up to put a house on the market. He was upfront about the work and costs involved and was willing to work with me to identify different ways to cut costs. The final outcome was honestly beyond my expectations given how much he had overdelivered on his promise. His small decisions on where to touch up and where to fully paint (in addition to the initial agreement) showed how well he understood the assignment. I also want to call out his commitment. I only had a short notice of 2 days to get everything done. He made time in his schedule to come in and give an estimate the same day, then finish the work on a Saturday which is typically their day off. They worked 8 hours straight to finish work. While this is a for-profit operation and their eagerness to earn business is understandable, Roman went above and beyond in my opinion to help out a customer. In summary, I really appreciated his forthright and transparent approach, attention to quality and willingness to work with a customer. 10/10 would work again.

Roman finished with us right on time. His work is impeccable. He is so easy to work with and his team was extremely accommodating. Roman did painting for us on ceilings and cabinetry. I could not believe how quick he was. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Roman came out same day for a quote on interior house paint and was able to start the project within a few days! The quote was incredibly reasonable and the work was top notch and with the use of quality paint/supplies. I am extremely happy with how the paint turned out and especially with how quick the project was. My entire first floor walls and ceilings were completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and left in better condition than it was found. I highly recommend Roman and will be reaching out to Value Max Construction for more home projects in the very near future!

I had a rental house that needed a vinyl floor replaced, these guys gave a reasonable bid, replaced the floor quickly and efficiently; and also did great work. I highly recommend them.

These guys are fast, efficient and did a great job, I'll be using them for my next project.
