Our home addition with this group was a major undertaking, a new master suite and two bathrooms, but they made it seem manageable. The estimate was detailed, showing material costs and labor separately so nothing felt hidden. They coordinated all trades: plumbers, electrician, drywall, tile, paint. The attention to detail was amazing too. They re-positioned a door-frame by three-quarters of an inch simple because it looked off. The level of dedication really impressed me. The project was finished on budget and close to schedule. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality and professionalism.

We were quite anxious about our project, especially after hearing horror stories about contractors who overcharge and underdeliver. They don’t show up as promised and take forever to finish. It was a real pleasure working with the whole w and w builders group team and we will definitely use them again for future construction projects. Their scope was pretty significant, adding a new attached ADU to my house along with a significant "facelift" of the existing house. The construction process took about 7 months with minimal delays and the end result looks fantastic! not to say the whole process went perfectly= as you can anticipate for a major construction job, but the w and w team was always responsive and respectful and most importantly made things right with no hassle at all. Gil the project manager was great communicator and coordinator throughout the whole process, and Magen had a great input as to the design and material selection. In all, the w and w team was nothing but professional, fair and responsive.

Having years of construction/design experience, Magen used her seasoned perspective to identify problems before they could become real problems and consistently found ways to make the build more efficient and of higher quality. The entire team managed whatever challenge we could throw their way with creativity and flawless execution. After living in our home for 6 months, we have appreciated the quality of construction in our daily lives. 5 STARS for w and w builders group- Having no experience with kitchen renovations or contractors. I looked online at reviews and recommendations in Houzz and Home Advisor. Both gave me w and w builders group as a company that could do the design and the construction work. Their price was in line with the other contractors I contacted but had the added advantage of doing the design and using their contacts and vendors to get the finished materials. I needed someone who could complete the job -A to Z. I did not have the time or inclination to go from place to place to buy materials, tile, flooring, countertop, cabinets and appliances. Knowing that I wanted something different, I needed advice on what could be done in my dark kitchen (10' X 13') and what different options would look like. My designer was Cynthia - who approached the challenge with great energy and enthusiasm. Having the initial ideas of what I liked and direction I thought I wanted, she was able to get start with designs. Some of my thoughts about what I wanted had to be changed due to the reality of a budget but we managed to get a great final design with some things I never would have thought of doing while keeping my niche for the cat!. Once all the orders were in place, the destruction and reconstruction started. With some bumps along the way (which I suppose there always are on projects like this), the work went quickly. The workers were professionals, polite and pleasant. I enjoyed my conversations with them. The project manager, Gil, worked with them to keep the job moving along. Gil kept in contact and made sure the deliveries came as scheduled. We just finished off the punch list - and everything looks great. I now have a new kitchen and still trying to figure out where to put everything. But, that is a great problem to have. I have and would recommend w and w builders to anyone looking for a company to do as much (like me) or as little needed to get a remodeling job done.

We recently finished a bathroom remodel with W And W Builders Group and we couldn't be much happier!
