I had stucco work done on an addition and had my house painted. All work was done flawlessly and in a timely manner. The workers were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

My wife and I hired Sam and his team to remodel our kitchen countertop, cabinets, and lighting. We honestly had no idea where to start before talking to Sam and BayBuilders. With their team, we were given guidance and options on material, styles, install leadtime, and any miscellaneous FAQs. It was a great experience and weâ re very happy with the quality of work. Highly recommend!

I hired Sam and David for my ADU remodeling. They were an amazing duo! Very personable(something I really appreciate), honest, efficient, timely, and most importantly for me (as I don't know much about construction), they held my hand through it all! They also covered other errands for the project that I didn't have to spend my time doing. I was also concerned about the length of time it would take to finish. They estimated about 4 weeks and they did finish it in about 5 weeks, which in the scheme of construction, that was so GREAT!!!! Once the project was done, their crew left the place so clean! I was impressed. Thank you Sam, David and crew for a job well done! Would I hire them again? Definitely!

Sam and his crew did a superb job on a backyard landscaping project. We live on a sloped hill and had some rough ideas for the backyard landscaping, but were pleased to get a free quote with multiple options at varying price points that fit our budget and the overall aesthetic of our home. Furthermore, they were out within a day after settling on the design, estimate and timeline and the quick turnaround ended up being a lifesaver given an upcoming trip we had planned.

Sam did a terrific job remodeling our bathrooms and kitchen. The job was not straight forward and had some complexities that Sam and his team perfectly took care of them all. The job finished one day before the deadline in 6 weeks, very clean and professional. Sam takes pride in his work and treats every project like his own. He is one of those contractors we need more of in the Bay Area. I highly recommend them and will work them again.

We chose Bay Builders after going through a few companies. Ours was a big project with major renovation, remodeling kitchen, bathrooms and a new bathroom addition. Bo, our architect was extremely helpful. Our designer David was very helpful in guiding us through the color selection for the material. Bay Builders is a good company to work with since they own up to issue and they proved to show responsibility. In a big project like this we are bound to hit hurdles. Bay Builders and our project manager Sam displayed accountability and brought in experts as and when needed. They helped us through the project paying attention to customer satisfaction and ensured project completion.
