This ensured that our basement was absolutely perfect when it was completed. Jeff was very aggressively good when it came to his pricing to ensure it was fair for both parties. "1) Great company and people to work with. If you have a concept, and can explain it to them, you'll find that they will give you exactly what you ask them to do. Their work is just exceptional! 2) Their quotes are right on, so your budget stays intact and you will not experience the "whoops" of extra hidden fees. Their integrity is important to them and it shows. 3) In the past, I've found it difficult to find companies that will do what they say they'll do and are willing to put it in writing. Conrad Homes has extremely high standards as a company, you'll find that those standards are TOP down (Mike & Mike) and every one of their staff buys into it.
