I would recommend Ted for any remodel or new home work. We built our dream home with Ted and everything is perfect. Ted was very hardworking and always kept in contact with us at all times we knew where the project was and next steps. The home was built in a very good time frame. We was always able to get a hold of Ted for any questions or concerns and he took of all of them. His work is top notch and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and high quality craftsmanship. We absolutely love our new unique, traditional stairwell railing. They have exceptional attention to detail and provided sturdy and reliable construction on our project, plus what the project cost in the end was very reasonable. Ted's tile setters did excellent work on the kids upstairs bathroom shower wall tile. They took down the old tile, Ted replaced old insulation, put up new Perma Base board and Kerdi waterproofing membrane, and set the new tile. They were able to start the work within 2 weeks of the proposal and finished in under 2.5 days. The guys were punctual, considerate and professional at a very reasonable price. Our house was a 1920s 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house for four people, and we desperately needed another bathroom. We knew we wanted to convert a small bedroom into an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. Ted Seiter came out to evaluate our home and provide us a quote. A few things to note. 1. Ted is extremely punctual and follows through on what he says he is going to do. 2. Ted ensures that he fully understands what you are looking for, and make sure his quotes are as accurate as possible. (Our quote was spot on.) 3 Ted communicates effectively. We never had to wonder what was going on or what was coming next. This is a highly valuable and a very rare trait in contractors (by far the best part of working with Ted). 4. Ted is flexible. We had several unexpected events that required him to realign his plans, and he handled it flawlessly. 5. He is highly considerate. He made sure to protect our floors and carpet as he worked. He made sure that he cleaned up the work space every day before leaving. Living in a renovation space is difficult, but Ted strove to make it as easy as possible. If you are looking for a quality contractor, I highly recommend Ted. We love the space, it is high quality work, and he is a great guy to work with.

Ted is so easy to work with. He is very professional, showing up on time, cleaning up every day and keeping us abreast of what each day would bring. We interviewed six others and he had by far the most reasonable price and timeline.There were no surprises other than he finished on schedule and on budget. Yay!! He recommended reputable sources, used licensed and insured companies, and supervised everything. It was a wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier. I wish I had more projects for him.

We considered 5 other contractors and are so glad we chose Ted. Before giving an estimate, Ted worked with us to locate the best sources for our new bathroom fixtures, special cabinetry, transom window, etc. He spent a lot of time "on spec" before we hired him. He was always professional and was fun to have around. While the project took a little longer than anticipated, we are delighted with the results.

This was my first remodel and I was a little nervous, but it went so much better than I expected. TJS was very professional and helpful and finished the job within the stated timeline. I love my new bathroom. It meets all my expectations.
