It is a two sided screen porch which meant carefully painting the trim around the screens, as well as a window, the screen door, and front door with side light panels. He also replaced the screening in several places. The wood floor was also repainted, and the prep work for that was very good. "Carlos and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install 4 ft high lattice fencing around my vegetable garden. After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost).
