I was initially very happy with the work and the progress being made on the two bathrooms but as time went by, the project was being neglected as, I assume other jobs took precedent and the communication became nil. The plumber was a disaster making multiple mistakes and leaving a filthy mess behind after working in the house, including leaving tools on our bed and the old toilet in the bedroom, rather than bringing it to his truck or the basement. The job kept dragging on and as it did, Mike was getting more frustrated and angry with us! He had two workmen, one of whom always smelled of alcohol and was constantly having health problems. After months of labor and bad feelings between us, I wanted the job done and the workmen gone, even though my shower does not drain. Now, every time I take a shower, I have to kick the water into the drain with my foot and soak it up with a wash cloth which takes time. It is infuriating after all the money I paid and the incredibly long time it took.

He replaced single pained windows that made a a overall window with energy efficient windows. He did a great job taking off the triangle windows and enclosing the area. He then replaced interior doors with solid doors and replaced a exterior door. Then he replaced a spiral staircase with a traditional staircase with a landing. This came out unbelievably good. I highly recommend him and his team. Friends who are in the industry were very impressed with his work. I highly recommend him.

Michael Woessner and his team built me a great looking deck in my back yard. I absolutely love it. There were two minor issues I ran into with his team on the building of the deck, but Michael had it fixed and smoothed things over. One of Michaelâ s best assets was alleviating my concerns and making everything right. I have had nightmare general contractor problems in the past, but not with Michael. When I saw his high score reviews on HomeAdvisor, I decided to hire him. Iâ m glad I did.. Iâ m satisfied and Iâ ll hire Michael in the future for some interior work in my home. I recommend him highly.

I was unsatisfied with the communications and unsatisfied with the final quality of the work on the shower tile. Workers never showed up every day, took 3 months to complete the job of bathroomj remodeling The contractor made promises but never followed through on them.

Michael guided us through kitchen and bathroom remodeling with expert advice and consistently wise decisions that saved us a lot of money. He did excellent work and was extremely attentive to us, always willing to meet with us and to oversee deliveries of appliances and materials when we were not available. He is a most compassionate person who truly cares about his clients. We were most fortunate to have found Michael, an excellent contractor and a good man whom we got to know very well and now consider a friend. One cannot do better than that with a contractor.

Michael and his team built a 24 X 26 in-law apartment for me above a new 2 car garage. The work was extensive requiring months to complete. I could not be happier with the teams knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.

great team of hard workers, would hire them again

Capizzi quoted at twice the price with a poorer quality wood. Never heard from the third company. The job was completed by the time I recvd the Capizzi quote.
