Robert Home & Yard Improvement

Poor communication by Carlos several times with myself and his crew, resulting in no show and delays. Crew showed up without a level and tape measure for a shower door install. Water left running outside, hit wiring and knocked out power to part of the house, discovered after they had left on a Saturday. Gil the tile mason, Lou and Brune the plumbing crew did great work. I would not however hire Carlos (Roberts Home and Yard Improvement) again for the 2 other larger projects planned in the next few months.

I read the reviews on Robert’s Home Improvement ..after being given the name on Angie’s list ..Carlos came without delay as I had 3 projects needing to be done .. He gave me a price and a time line and kept to it .. His crew arrive early and worked with my wishes .. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them ..

Carlos and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install 4 ft high lattice fencing around my vegetable garden. After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost). Now it is just perfect and I love it. The team was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!!

Very eifficient and very professional.

The manager Carlos is highly professional, trustworthy and excellent communicator. The team is hard working, very well organized and is doing outstanding job. We had two porches rebuilt by Robertâ s Home and Yard in a few days - we have only positive things to say about them and will hire that team again any time. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Robertâ s Home Improvement! We needed immediate deck repair and Carlos responded right away. When I told them our tight timeframe he was extremely accommodating and brought a crew out the same day to start working. They were fast and efficient, and everyone was so nice! Carlos was great at communicating through the whole process. They did a fantastic job and weâ re very happy with the end result. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.
