"The cabinets were expertly done. The wood, hickory, was gorgeous. They went above and beyond to fox glitches that came up. They accidentally threw away the faucet that I wanted to keep, when I didn't like the replacement they replaced it again without an argument. The only thing they could do better is communicate, both with me and with their workers. I would like to be updated more, on progress and what they planned on doing certain days. Had Jeff communicated better with his guys, they would have known to keep the faucet among a couple other things that had to be done later, because the guys weren't told to do them at the time."
