"I highly recommend this company for its service, professionalism, and detail to workmanship. From start to finish, I felt like this company had our interests as customers at heart. It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The floor was also redone. The materials we selected and their construction techniques and methods have created bathrooms we have always wanted in our home. We are completely delighted with the work and how it looks. Sean, our salesman, put together a perfect package with great deals for us. And as for the workmen: the guys on site, Tito, Mario, and Fernando are truly outstanding, hardworking, and highly skilled. They are master craftsmen. The man who helped design and install the double shower door--I think his name is Caesar--was efficient and created a beautiful showpiece. Everything was done promptly, and within 2 weeks from start, we had 2 finished bathrooms that we are delighted with. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision. The staff is truly amazing. I have nothing but praise for them. Bravo and thank you!"

They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. I had someone from their HQ call me directly throughout the process and very much appreciate that type of customer service and followup!
