Their team was hard working, reliable and professional throughout the entire process. We were especially grateful for their efficiency at completing the project in a timely manner and with such amazing attention to detail. Our family is absolutely loving our new kitchen and bathrooms! I had 3 bathrooms recently remodeled by Pardy Home Improvements and am thrilled with the results. Dave and his team were AMAZING. There's not enough positive words to describe. He communicated clearly, stayed within budget, offered suggestions to improve the vision I had. The job estimate turn contract was detailed so not to have hidden charges later. The crew were kind, clean, and respectful of my home. Dave was even willing to meet me and help with design choices! Start to finish. So happy! I'll be calling again when and if I have another project.

They were great

We are back again with Dave Pardeys Team! We were so happy with his previous work on our kitchen remodel, so we contacted him again, to do extensive work on the main floor of our home: They removed our entire main floor wall-to-wall carpeting and installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout. This included our living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. This project also included beautiful white floor trim, all new white doors, and door jams, which really brightened up our home, compared to the dark wood that we had before. And that is not all! They removed the old dark bathroom cabinets in both bathrooms and installed gorgeous new white ones that have quartz countertops and updated sinks. Additionally, they installed bright new mirrors and light fixtures. Dave and his team do TOP QUALITY craftsmanship, and every day, we admire and notice the expert details in the work that they did. We are VERY pleased, and we THANK Dave for being so pleasant to work with, and for the fine work that he coordinated for his team. We admire his efficient management skills, as the whole job was very organized. THANK YOU for transforming our home, Dave! It looks and feels like BRAND NEW! Mike and Chris.

Dave was friendly and prompt and kept up on the progress of his subcontractors. He kept to his promised timeline to my disbelief (some luck always involved in this area since there were no surprises along the way). The work and craftsmanship were excellent. They gutted my whole bathroom, resurfaced walls, installed the new 3-D tiles the way I wanted (not the way they were meant to be!), met me in Seattle to pick out a custom vanity and kept my house clean and neat at all times. I can't imagine having a better experience and I will use him for any further remodels!

We had a problem and they worked with us around that problem to get the job completed in timely manner. Very considerate staff and great tile work.
