"Leo, Jamie, and their crew don't mess around. They went above and beyond what they quoted. Nobody else wanted to consider putting a roof on our house. Others gave quotes and never came back. Leo quoted, completed, and went outside the scope to fix some simple little things I hadn't been able to get to. These guys are awesome. Great people and great work!!!!"

"Jim and Danielle help me take a room that was old-fashioned and in need of a remodel into a space that is very warm and inviting. With his guidance on the day-to-day work and his ideas for how to design the space, he was a valuable resource for me through the process. He gave me lots of ideas and choices from flooring to fixtures. As the crews that came into the house were friendly and considerate of my privacy as I work from home. They worked hard and completed their piece of remodel as planned. I highly recommend Jim and Danielle Katz at Casade Customer Renovations, LLC."

"For an addition, He did big excavation, He build from scratch big garage and a master suite bedroom on top of the garage with bath room and walk in closet. He matches the color of the addition with same color of existing house on both roof and siding. From inside he rebuilt all walls and installed all doors and flooring. We are very lucky to hire him. He is very meticulous. He payed attention to every detail. He did very good job and he took his time. Also very reasonable cost compare to all the work he accomplished."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
