"The owner, Tito, and primary construction engineer came to my home to provide an estimate. They were kind and prompt and gave me options based upon my desires for my deck. And this was a deck redo from some prior shoddy work done by another company. They did not pressure me and overall seemed to want to provide a professional service and make it better. The next day, I had an email to provide a specific estimate . Tito remained available via email text or phonecall. They stuck to their estimated start date and kept in touch for any rain delays. They saved my pergola from the work of another contractor ....something they did not have to even try to do for me. I also asked for a privacy wall adjustment just prior to construction. Tito took my idea with ease and again gave me options. It was great, honest, prompt, reliable work at a good price. I would trust them with your hard earned money. I love my deck!!"

"Ron at Panzas was simply the most knowledgeable about our composite wood deck/siding, the proper cleaning solution, correct cleaning techniques, etc. in selecting the right company. Ron is also responsive, prompt and real easy to work with. He showed up early today, and stopped us from moving all of our patio furniture, gas grill, refrigerator, etc. off the deck; and then sweeping the deck. Ron said that Panzas would "take care of everything", and he did...and then some! Ron did railings and areas that weren't included in the job quote, yet held firm on his quoted price. Ron also explained why our deck was getting dirty. It's not like me to take the time to write such a review, but Ron and Zack sure exceeded our highest expectations...and will be back next year for sure!"

"The contractor, Sean Hunter, is very friendly and a hard worker. He let me know what needed to be done and why, and he gave me a reasonable estimate. My two decks were badly in need of cleaning and staining and even needed minor repairs for nails sticking up out of the wood. Sean completed the power washing one day, and then he came back and finished the entire staining on another day. He seems to really care about doing a good job and he is a good communicator. He will call you to let you know when he will be there and he is very honest. I would use Sean again in the future for any deck maintenance work I might need."

They did an excellent job of painting underneath my two new decks. They were very polite and professional throughout; they worked hard and finished the job quickly with no mess left behind.
