"They went over the estimate with me. I wasn't trying to replace the air handler just the A/C - heat pump. My system was just old and the coolant used was being phased out. So it was cheaper for me to replace the inside and outside. I was not pushed into buying the system I choose. I was given 3 different system to choose from and I chose the one that fit my budget.
