"Anthony was very polite and prompt. He restored water dispensing from a frozen tube. and told us about a heater that GE had come up with to keep the problem from happening again. He offered to pick up the part and install it the next day. His quote for the part and service seemed reasonable. As promised the next day he called to say he had the part and the time he would come. He came on time, took the front panel off, and cleaned the inside of the area well before installing the new part. We were very satisfied."
