"Scope of work on an existing house: Roof tear off, replace 60% of decking, new OC architectural asphalt shingle roof, additional attic insulation, vinyl siding tear off, soffit additions, replace soffit sub-facia, new aluminum cap, new premium vinyl siding and soffit panels, new seamless gutters, downspouts. Entire job spanned about five weeks including weather interruptions. A bit longer than originally planned but end result was very good. Estimator, crew managers and the various crews were professional, conscientious and delivered what they promised at the agreed-upon price. Clean-up was done daily and well.
