Estimates, every contractor explained me different ways to fix. Spring Rock Co. Contractor offered me to replace all gutters !!! For 6000$. I am so lucky I ended up with Exterior Finish . Pete, the owner explained very simply way the cause, the way to fix the siding and estimated affordable price. I am satisfied with Pete's work. "Scope of work on an existing house: Roof tear off, replace 60% of decking, new OC architectural asphalt shingle roof, additional attic insulation, vinyl siding tear off, soffit additions, replace soffit sub-facia, new aluminum cap, new premium vinyl siding and soffit panels, new seamless gutters, downspouts. Entire job spanned about five weeks including weather interruptions. A bit longer than originally planned but end result was very good. Estimator, crew managers and the various crews were professional, conscientious and delivered what they promised at the agreed-upon price. Clean-up was done daily and well. Ten Home took the necessary steps to prep the area diligently, avoid splashing any paint on all the new flooring and professional painted over the old colors with the walls appearing like new. I most appreciate their attention to detail with the painting execution and clean up. Tom even touched up some areas that were accidentally smudged by the house guests. There were a couple of clarifications I made along the way in terms of what does/does not get painted and number of color choices that come with the quote. Tom was quick to respond to those questions. We both believed clear and forthright communication sets the expectations for both parties. At the end of the job, Tom let me know if I see anything of concern to let him know. This shows that he does take great pride in his work even after he is paid and since it is a family business, he is there to be a good role model for others. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
