Steve was absolutely awesome ! He and his crew did a fantastic job on my basement and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a quality company with fair pricing for your waterproofing needs! 5Star .

I went to Angi.com to search for a waterproofing business. I contacted one business and was waiting for them to get back to me when I received notification that another business in my area had been located. Steve called me shortly after I had received the notification and said he received my information from Angi.com and could be out the same day and would call to let me know when he was headed my way. True to his word, he called and arrived when he said he would. After surveying the problem it was determined I needed a new sump pump. Steve quoted me the price and said he would have someone out the next day. The next morning I received a call from Steve letting me know he could have Julian out to my house that morning in about 20 minutes if that would work. I said it was perfect and Julian arrived when Steve said he would. Julian was very professional and courteous (as was Steve) and within an hour my new sump pump was installed. Julian called Steve to confirm the price which was what Steve had quoted me and Steve said he would email me my receipt later that day. I received my receipt later that day as promised. I would definitely recommend Windy City Waterproofing. I am very satisified with their service.

Steve demonstrated good knowledge of his business. He kept in contact as the job progressed. His workers were very nice and performed their jobs efficiently. I will recommend them to other neighbors in the area.

The work that his crew did was fine. As he promised, my garage does not have any more leaks. But, he postponed the job for several weeks. I would have expected a discount or something for patiently waiting without complaining. But, instead, I was charged for directing the water to where he originally said he would direct it in the first place. And, the crew did not remove the bush roots that he originally agreed to have them remove in the cost.

Steve is so knowledgeable and helpful during the walk through process. Absolutely wonderful customer service. The workers were terrific and we ended up hiring Steve's company for window well and soffit work as well. All completed and we love it!

They did a very good job! They were on time, fast, and did a lot of work in a short period of time so it worked out really well.

Everything was excellent they were quick, efficient, and did what I needed.
