"Pedro and his crew went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with the progress throughout the job and finished project. He took time to educate us on what needed to be done and why. He provided a very detailed quote with a complete list of materials, drawings of the current porch and drawings of what the proposed finished project would look like, and stuck to the price quoted. Not only was he very professional in this manner, he also worked in less than ideal conditions to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. Given the safety implications of this particular job (replacing old rotting railroad tie supports for a 1000sqft enclosed porch the length of the house, with proper footers, spacing, and quality posts) Pedro took all the necessary precautions to ensure proper temporary support, then final support so we can feel comfortable using the beautiful space for the first time since purchasing the house (previously we wouldn't set foot on the porch). "We had a great experience with Hi-Five Electric. They installed a bunch of GFCI outlets, replaced some light fixtures, and problem-solved, replaced, and rewired some light switches that did not work. Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!"

"A couple of important items to explain my top rating. First, we were impressed with the company ownership and personnel. They are owned by a decorated USMC veteran who spent time overseas away from his family working hard to protect our freedoms. He employs men who also served our country proudly and who have learned this very important trade. That stood out to me first off. Secondly, we had another contractor do a horrible job on our garage floor prior to Guardian performing their excellent work. Our garage floor now looks like a Marine aviation hangar - everything even - the color we wanted and the texture and finished look is even better than we imagined it would be once finished. The price was very fair and I would also add that these men are good and ethical which is not insignificant. Finding a contractor who is honest and professional is a blessing.
