    Crew showed up on time on the date scheduled. They were very polite and professional and explained the process. Guardian Garage Floors finished coating both the garage floor and patio floor in one day. I am very pleased with the final results. Highly recommend this company.

    When we built our home in 2016 our builder stated â you will never need to refinish this garage floor again.â ð Seven years later the people from Guardian Garage Floors (Veteran owned and operated by the way) did it right. The sales consultant was polite and professional, the scheduler was extremely communicative and friendly, and the crew was on time, hardworking, very skilled, and left our three car garage floor looking like you could eat off it. There was no evidence they had ever been there once they packed up and departed. My wife is very particular about construction debris upon completion of a project and there was nothing but a thumbs up and a big smile. Like they say, â if mamaâ s happyâ ¦â . This job was so well done we are exploring having our patio finished as well. Great job everyone!

    Project: Coat Concrete Floors with Epoxy or Hybrid Polymer. The process took one day to install on our garage floor and covered patio. It looks beautiful and everyone was very professional. Highly recommend this company.

    Our project involved removing a 6-year application of an 'amateurish' job with epoxy paint on our large garage floor. Then, to properly prepare the surface for the new application (as that was not done the first time!). And what a difference!!! Even though we started out with a small glitch due to our personal color selection, everything worked out and we are extremely pleased. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and took great care to ensure we were happy with the finished project. We store a show car in this garage and it is very important to us that the surroundings compliment the vehicle! Couldn't have asked for anything better. I just wish this application could be used on surfaces other than concrete! Would love to have the same look elsewhere. I highly recommend Guardian Garage Floors for your project and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!!!
