I want to give an entirely fair and objective review. I got my awning in September 2022. The order process went great. The Salesperson was very professional and made the process pretty easy. He even talked me into a better selection than I was going to make and he was right. I was very excited to get my new awning and still really like it. I just want to make one thing clear that I did not realize that was critical to me (not necessarily a deal breaker but important). While no one ever told me that my new awning would be water proof, I thought it would be. I thought it could use it in light rain at least. WRONG. When I inquired about why it was useless in the rain I received the email below. I am actually still happy with the company and product but assumed it was good in sun and rain. The attached photos are in light rain (over hours) and low winds, and no water was pooling because it was tilted to avoid pooling. Even the two servicemen that came out to inspect were baffled and thought the warranty would be applied here until they went back to the supervisor. Gordie was a very knowledgeable salesperson. Company followup people very helpful. Installers very professional. My window stationary awnings are fantastic. Greatly improved the appearance of our 100+ year old lake house. I get only compliments. Highly recommend Marygrove.

The salesman Tom was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions so we felt comfortable with the purchase. Color options were good. The install team were easy to work with and did a good job installing and explaining how the unit functioned. The only minor issue is that the showed up at 9:15 pm to install the unit.

Overall experience a 5 star. Sales representative, Jason was excellent in answering questions and followup. Customer service and followup is a strong point. Had some issues with initial install and Marygrove was on top of quickly correcting all issues, Railey Matthew and the team that dealt with issues were ver responsive and customer oriented. very satisfied with quality of materials and appearance.
