"We had a problem with cockroaches after a restaurant delivery, (beware)! Michael at Budget Pest Control was very prompt and courteous with his response. He offered a next day appointment that I was not prepared for. The appointment was scheduled at my request. Although I was humiliated with this problem, the technician never made me feel uncomfortable, in fact he put me at ease. The actual process of pest control/extermination was not disruptive to our daily routines. It was not intrusive or noticeable to our guests. This problem happened immediately before Thanksgiving, and, I am happy to say that the only guests we had for dinner were the invited ones. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be a return customer. I have two dogs and a big yard that the deer love to run through, so fleas and ticks have been a problem. One dog had Lyme's disease this year, so I will be inquiring about flea and tick control. To be continued..."
