"Mr. Ellis went above and beyond what I had asked him to do - I needed a shut off valve installed for a gas dryer and new copper piping for a refrigerator - I did not expect him to also connect the appliances, since Sears had free installation as long as those two issues were resolved. Mr. Ellis connected the appliances and even adjusted the refrigerator to make it level. He also charged much less than the other estimates I was given, and charged exactly what he estimated - I had expected him to charge more because it took longer than I expected.
