"Sometimes things do not go well, that is life, but it is how you follow up that matters. This job did not start out smoothly, apparently due to miscommunication between the office and the technician... but ended up being fantastic. First day, tech (Danny) arrived late, though he was responding to a job that another tech had already started, did not understand the scope of what needed to be done, and did not have a tool he needed. Was very nice, very polite, did not leave a mess, etc., but did not finish job. I called the office. Darlene was apologetic, she spoke with Danny and with the service manager, immediately got things rescheduled. Second day, Danny was again nice, polite, clean, and got everything completed promptly and correctly, AND took extra time to fix another problem that had come up with another unit. Great customer service, good price, professional work. Would definitely recommend AYS to others."

"The sump pump stopped working and flooded the entire basement that had just been converted to a full living space including kitchen, new bathroom, office, and bedroom. They had to completely redo it. Replacing the drywall throughout. Freedom General Services literally came to the rescue! Tearing out the damage and rebuilding the new. I am thrilled! And the painting sub-contractors were WOMAN!! Inclusivity is the name of their game!"
