The Guy charged $260.00 he should wired the unit but he lied and all he can do is to pressed the button and charged for a service he never did and I'm very disappointed and never fixed the problem and I asked for the reduction of the charged but he never did and never responded and not able to do the service. The wiring is not he did it is already part of the unit. They ripping all the people.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome of your visit, Rebecca. We'd like to clarify a few points for transparency. After your system was fully inspected you were notified that there is a leak in your system. Although we are able to do this type of repair, we advised you to contact the original installer since the equipment appears to be under warranty. You were also mentioned that if we performed the repairs, the fees would be applied towards the cost of repair. No wiring repairs were needed or performed. The unit was temporarily set to emergency heat and the outside electrical disconnect was disengaged so the outdoor unit does not turn on. This would maintain comfort until service could be completed. We strive to always be honest and upfront with our customers and regret that this situation felt otherwise to you. Your feedback is appreciated and please know we are always open to discussing concerns directly to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.

Outstanding and professional service! I am so happy my AC problems were resolved quickly. Fredy was able to come out a couple of hours after we talked and on a Saturday. He was very through in his approach to the problem and outlining longer term solutions. His communications skills are great. He was able to explain every step of the process to get my AC on and going. Highly recommended!
