"I appreciated I was given a choice on how the work was done. Water from the shower was getting under the bathroom floor. The bathroom was redone 2 years ago. In the shower the new tile was put over the old. The weight cracked the fiberglass shower pan. The choice I was given was I would have to remove the granite shower wall by cutting the sheet rock to replace the pan. That was the correct way. Or bond and seal the fiberglass pan. I went with the bonding. I would definitely use Primo Again."

"Luis is very communicative and a great professional. His crew was amazing and did a fantastic job on the install of wood look tile in my house. Luis was even nice enough to fit me into is incredibly busy schedule when my previous contractor had canceled on me. I cannot say enough great things about this company. The estimate was honest and the final invoice was very close the the estimate. You could not ask for a better company!"

"I am very happy with my new bedroom and wine cellar floors. They look great and are holding up nicely with my 2 dogs. Not a scratch to be seen! I think it is great customer srvice when the installers will help you put a rug down before moving the bed back in place. The follow up visit before collecting the remaining balance is something you very rarely see anymore. Super Thrilled!"

"We had to have some flooring replaced after having water damage by our back door. We did not have any more of the flooring and Alan walked us through the process including places to go to try and match flooring best. I was unable to be at the house, but had a family member there while the work was completed. Alan texted me with updates and pictures during the install process. It looks great! Not only did they do a great work, but customer service was superb! Thank you!!"
