Its not uncommon for home improvement projects to run into snags. What is important in those instances is how the problems and issues are handled by the contractor and his team. I give John 5 stars for communication, follow through, and making things right in the end.

It wasnâ t a simple job. The floor had to be refloated because of water damage to it because of the Feb 2021 freeze. Having them come out to my home with all their samples made the choices easier to see if they would work or not with our decor.

I needed my walk in closet carpet replaced within 1 week and they worked hard to make that happen. The salesman went out of his way to find carpet that would work and have it installed by my deadline. They are the best and I would highly recommend using them for any kind of flooring projects.
