"I hired Desire Contracting to renovate my kitchen, make a door from my kitchen into the Garage so that I would have access to the garage from inside the house, and to make the garage into a heated/airconditioned room. They were on time each day, worked diligently each day, cleaned up at the completion of each day, stayed within the budget they agreed to, and completed the job before the projected finish date. Mr. Mancho was curteous and very professional. Even when I added on other small items as the major renovation progressed. I was soo impressed with his reasonable pricing and excellent work that I recommended him for some work at my mom's house as well --and she too is very please with is business presence and professionalism. I am very pleased with his company's work and will continue to call upon Desire Contracting for my personal.and Real Estate clientele renovation projects. "D&R Improvements did a beautiful job on my bathrooms. David, the owner, was quick to give me an estimate and always responded to my e-mails the same day I sent them, even if it was on a weekend. He scheduled the tile installlation on a Friday and had a plumber come out on a Sunday to reinstall the toilets so that we wouldn't have to spend any extra time without them. Everyone who did work on the house was very professional and nice. They even worked with my three child gates rather than make me take them down. All of this at a very reasonable price. I love my remodeled bathrooms and I highly recommend D&R Improvements!"
