He was very polite and courteous when he arrived, and he explained what he planned to do to repair my washer and dryer. He quickly performed troubleshooting on each and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. He identified safety issues. He corrected the problems rapidly , and left the area clean. I was very satisfied with his services and highly recommend him."
