"We hired sonart a Construction for a bathroom addition! Their staff was more than helpful and their crew was beyond experienced! They were actually able to finish this project a lot quicker than expected. Definitely gave me a piece of mine that I didnâ t have to worry about where the crew was are getting in contact with the office. I have dealt with some pretty sketchy construction companies and contractors in the past grateful that this wasnâ t the case here!"

They listened and understood our concerns, provided excellent guidance on what they recommended, were able to accommodate our schedule since we were flexible as well, and delivered as promised. We valued the company's service so much that we got a quote for additional work."

"Dario is fabulous! He did a great job for me and my clients - adding on to an existing house foundation for their home extension project. He started on time and finished on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He and his men were courteous and very professional. They cleaned up the job site well afterwards and made sure to carry off all their debris so there was no mess left afterwards. Their work ethic is superb. Something also important to note: Darios work was also thoroughly inspected by not one but two certified structural engineer inspectors due to the strict homeowners association requirements. Both independent inspectors gave him high marks for the quality of his foundation preparation work and said that it was top-notch. I cannot recommend Dario Sanchez and Tip Top Construction Co. highly enough. Susan F."
