"I have hired them twice. First for a kitchen remodel. Then, a few years later for a bathroom remodel. All his subcontractors showed up on time, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and completed tasks in a very reasonable time frame. I have subsequently called for a few minor tweaks and Brian has been very responsive, even for a small job. I will use them again for my next project."

"Z Flooring just installed 1000 sq ft of vinyl flooring (stone polymer composite) in my high rise condo. All the HOA regulations made the whole process much more complicated than necessary, but Zlatko was great to work with throughout the process, even when things finally all came together all at once, he was able to start at very short notice- luckily our schedules aligned! Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. My floors and baseboards look great and I am incredibly happy with how things turned out. The team worked very fast, too! Would definitely use him again if I have a need in the future."
