"Review: Vinyltech replaced my siding Spring 2021 and I wrote a very positive review of their work and customer service when it was completed. I was aware of their other service, replacement windows, at the time but I had already done my windows many years ago and they were still good. However, recently, one of them had to be replaced, which was covered under the warranty, but I was going to be the one to actualy install the new window. So, not being a window installer, I messed it up and the window was not secure in the track. I called Kris at Vinyltech, even though he did not have anything to do with my windows, and asked if he would mind stopping by to tell me what I was doing wrong. He showed up a few hours later and within 2 minutes had fixed my mistake and gotten the window securely installed. He also gave me a few tips for next time.
