Comment: I have a split-level home with an attached two-car garage. I'm looking to expand the garage frontward by about 7 feet. The top of the structure is to be used as a balcony for the two rooms above the existing garage. We will later switch out the upstairs windows (2) in the existing rooms above the existing garage for patio doors. I'm in the stage of budgeting and getting estimates. I have connections to get architecture files drawn up in 3D as well as engineered CDs, material counts, and panel layouts.
