    "Heat pump actually needs to be replaced. Tech showed me video and testing he performed. And why my heat pump was not working. Got up to a cold house this morning. Tried everything I knew to get the house warmer. Called ARS, the scheduled tech and he showed up the same day. I will have to wait for new heat pump to come in. I am satisfied with service so far."

He came at 8am fixed it, didn't high pressure me to sign up for a service contract. Knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with. He had me fixed up in less than an hour.
