They were fine. The sales person was a little pushy. The flooring he ?matched? us with didn?t end up being a good fit for us and it has not aged well. So I wish we?d taken more time to sit with the decision and do our own research on the materials instead of letting them rush us into a choice. Basically we just believed what the Empire sales person told us about the durability and stain resistance of the tile floor we had installed and the flooring has turned out to be a poor fit for our family.

Charles arrived on time with plenty of samples to help me decide which type of flooring would work best in the rooms we wanted to have done. He gave me several options with price breakouts, which was extremely helpful. Floors in our 3 bedrooms and a hallway were installed in one day! That included removing old tile and old carpet, then installation of new laminate. The professionals who installed the flooring worked steadily without stopping the whole day. We?re thrilled with the new flooring and we?re thrilled to know exactly where we will go when we?re ready to have new floors installed in our kitchen and living room. Thank you, Empire Today!

They did not- and have not- found my appt thru Angi. It took a long while and 3 Empire Today customer service reps that did NOTHING- to make me post on social media. Within a week, I finally heard from the local sales manager Kyle- he was great. Nate was beyond excellent. and the team that did the install were awesome. TLDR- once I got to the local team, it was 5 stars. Corporate sucks 1000%
