Sarah the owner, clearly communicated with me and sent me a text to alert me movers were 30 minutes away. After waste removal completed Sarah called me and said she had just spoken with movers about paint left behind. She said there was a miscommunication and that she could remove the paint herself and showed up 30 minutes later. Imagine an owner going above and beyond to provide superior service and customer satisfaction. This is why I gave Sarah and her company 5 stars."

Iâ m in the process of moving out of a 2-bedroom condo and needed removal of items from 2nd bedroom I am not taking with me. Very professional communication via text and phone. I shared photos of the items I wished to have removed and they provided quote. On day of arrival, they were ahead of time, which worked out perfectly!
