"I needed to lower part of my patio and make it all level for safety reasons. I chose MOS Demolition to do the work. I met with Miguel and after looking at my patio and talking about what needed to be done, I was confident that the work would be done correctly. I also thought the bid was very reasonable. The project was done in 4 days! Every stage of the project was done with efficiently and the clean up after each stage was great. I live in an HOA community and this was important! For the duration of the project I did not receive any negative calls from the HOA or from any neighbors. I am exceedingly pleased with my choice to use MOS Demolition. I can, with confidence, highly recommend them to all my friends and to anyone who needs these services."

"When you call and hear automated phones providing options, you assume there's no personal touch in service, but that's not the case with Demo Leaders. Their attentiveness makes you feel like you're working with some ma & pa contractor that has no other projects on the schedule, but you're really working with a full team of professionals juggling multiple projects with expertise. Communication from the office is top notch, as is the one-on-one attention the owner and Whitney provide. I got multiple quotes for my project and Demo Leaders was the only company that handled the estimate professionally and didn't try to swindle me. After forcing the competition to rework their estimate to not include excess expenses, Demo Leaders wasn't the cheapest quote. However, I didn't have to ask them to adjust their initial estimate and I knew that they were looking out for my best interests so the extra few hundred dollars was worth it to me. I had 100% confidence in Yanir's ability and integrity. The city jerked us around but Demo Leaders handled the obstacles like true professionals. And when we got the greenlight, the job was finished within 24 hours. They offer multiple payment options that are extremely convenient for those that handle finances from out of town or state. Not only will I use them for any future projects on my rentals, but I fully intend to use the sister company for construction."
