"I hired the Grout Medic to replace the grout in my shower, which had been deteriorating over the years, and to also attempt to clean the shower door which had built up a heavy coat of precipitate and soap scum. I was told that the work would probably take between five to six hours, and the tech, Diego, showed up on time and got to work right away. Sure enough, after about five and a half hours...he had finished, and I was blown away by what an amazing job he had done to my shower and the door also! Everything basically looked brand new; I simply couldn't believe it! After the original estimate, I thought that maybe the price was a bit high...but after seeing the finished product, I would have to say that it was definitely well worth the price and I was very happy that I chose the Grout Medic for the job! "I initially contacted Brayan about installing upper cabinets for me, but ended up having him quote laying tile backsplash as well. His estimate was extremely fair, and offered a little off if I gave him both jobs. I hired him for both jobs and he came out the next week (my earliest availability) to complete them. He was very communicative prior to coming, working back and forth to make sure we had all the necessary supplies. We used a mixture of things I had and he picked up the rest of what we needed. He showed up promptly on the day we scheduled with another guy and they worked all day to get both jobs completed. He returned the next day for a short time to finish the grout, but other than that had everything completed in a day. They were both extremely professional and clean while doing their work. The end results were even better than expected. Super easy and friendly to work with, and charged exactly what he quoted. I will definitely be using him again."
