"My hardwood floors where so bad that I didn't think where going to be salvageable. I wasn't expecting any miracles, but he preformed one. I had water damage from a leaky ice maker, the place where my mastiff's water bowl set for ten years, there where scratches, gaps between the boards, I had one room that the floor was covered with linoleum that I had just removed the day before, there was a obvious difference in colors and a line where the threshold was. James made everything go away. I had just got divorced and my ex wife took all of the furniture. I was going to Fiji the day after he stopped by to give me a estimate. I wanted to have the floors finished before I got home, so that I could refurnish my house. I got home last night and the floors are beautiful. I'm going to hire him again to refinish my stairs, my mastiff clawed them up really bad. Ex wife took the dog too. It was nice dealing with the owner of the company that was doing the work, he has skill, talent and takes pride in doing a good job. I keep looking for a place to add before and after pictures, but I don't see that option."

He also installed stair skirt extensions to help with the transition when we install the floor trim after he has completed the floor installation. He is trustworthy and committed to his craft. They arrived on time, actually earlier than expected each day. Completed 1200 sq feet of hardwood floor installation in a week including the three topcoats. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends."

There is some repair and replacement of wood flooring required in our powder room, due to water damage. The floors were serviced in this manner once in the past, which included: detach & reset toilet, powder room door, side-by-side refrigerator, compact/undercounter refrigerator, and two bi-fold doors (one on a pantry, the other a small/broom closet). We are also interested in an estimate to replace the flooring in the primary bathroom, and a full bathroom.
