"We hired Andrew and his team to install some safety features in our home: grab bars, railings, some dry wall repair. The quality of work was excellent. Andrew and Josiah kept us informed throughout the project. Both men were easy to work with and did a wonderful job of cleaning up as they went along.. We have already hired them for a kitchen project in our home!"

Additions and Remodels
"Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to and work with. They definitely went above and beyond. They found a little bit of mold behind some trim they had to remove. They noticed a patch in the drywall just above the mold and reopened the wall to see what was going wrong. You could see the plumbing had been repaired and after running the bathtub which is on the other side of the wall there was no obvious leak so we assume the mold was left from whenever the leak was repaired. They took care of the mold and repaired the wall without charging a penny more than the original quote."

"We had an incredible experience with Sean and Gabby. We never had anyone sit with us and explain thoroughly the scope of work. Other companies were forcing us to sign but BZR did an amazing job by giving us time and listening to us. They were very patient since we changed our minds more than a couple of times. I strongly recommend them if you want a contractor to explain every detail and actually manage the job, they are your guys. Thanks Sean and Gabby."

"Zach had his son Carter, come to our rescue to replace a section of sub flooring in our guest bathroom. We appreciated Carter coming on such short notice and inspite of inclement weather. Carter did an excellent job and we highly recommend his home repair services."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
