"Bill got here promptly at the scheduled time, correctly diagnosed the problem --- clogged freezer drain --- then repaired it. Boom!! --- Done!! He protected the floor, food, etc. well, was done in like about an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable considering the price of service calls these days. I have only two regrets about my service call: 1.) I didn't schedule it sooner --- before allowing water damage to my laminate flooring from my ice / melting / water issues. 2.) I forgot to ask Bill to level the refrigerator so that the left door didn't keep closing on you while in the refrigerator compartment. My recommendation --- Call Mr. Appliance --- we will when we need him in our new condo."
