"Fair and Square did a fantastic job helping me with my new home. They installed molding around the entire first floor of my home, and Kyle (the owner) even suggested a prettier molding than I had planned, that was the same cost and I was unaware existed. They patched a couple of walls beautifully, so much so I wasn't even sure where they had fixed when I was looking at the repairs. They also did some tuck pointing and crack sealing for me since my brick home needed a little TLC. Kyle and his crew were meticulous, made sure to walk around the house with me and discuss exactly what I wanted and after completion did the same to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. Not only that, they are maybe the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything completely, and the house was cleaner than when they started. I will for sure only be trusting Fair and Square with any of my home improvement/home renovation plans in the future and would whole heartedly suggest them to anyone."

"Ross, was polite, knowledgeable, clean groomed & went the extra step. I had a wear spot at the entry of the master bedroom. We did not have a sample piece to work as a donor carpet. Options were to take a piece from the closet or install a transition strip of wood. I asked Ross for his opinion, which option was the most professional looking. He recommended the transition strip, because the donor piece from the closet would 1, would leave a hole in the carpet in the closet and 2, the color match of the worn carpet and the new closet carpet would be apparent. I had to go to Lowes to get the transition strip. Ross volunteered to go along to make sure I got everything needed for the repair. Ross cleaned up the job site after his work. Ross gave me a quote for the job and I am certain the job took longer than the time he allocated for the work. I highly recommend Healthyfresh Carpet & Upholstery Care. My wife and I are listing our house for sale this month. I am giving Ross Smithe's business card to our agent with the highest recommendation. Frank W."

"We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! Thank you TNC for our brand new floor! We love it!"

"All About Homes replaced a shower stall and installed a handicapped accessible walk in shower to replace a tub. Both showers look great and are exactly as envisioned. Bryan and Andrew encountered hidden plumbing and electric issues and brought all piping/wiring up to code. They even came across an inactive yellow jacket’s nest but were not phased while removing it. We will certainly refer them to other family and friends and will use them again for future remodeling needs. Excellent work. Melissa H Milford, OH"
