Josh communicated clearly the proposed re-plumbing plan, other options and explained potential obstacles. It was a long job and he stayed into the evening to complete the job. He stayed very close to his initial cost estimate despite a few unanticipated changes. He checked in with me frequently to update progress and identified any obstacles he was encountering . He communicated clearly, was thorough, was fair, worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with the hours he worked, cleaned up and did what he said he would do. There was a situation where the crawl space was so small that he needed to have a smaller person get into the space to complete a section of pipe replacement which he will need to return to complete. He was great to work with and trustworthy. Highly recommend his services and work.

I had my hot water heater fail on me on a weekend. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and replaced my hot water heater without any problems. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Josh at Allied was the first person I spoke to about my water heater leak, and after contacting several others he was the one selected for the job. He arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. They had my old waterheater drained and removed, and the new one in and heating up within an hour or so. Josh was very helpful in explaining how the new unit worked. For price and quality I will contact him for any future plumbing issues and would also recommend him.
