?I strongly advise against using this inspection company. They completely missed over $30,000 worth of major foundation issues in the home they inspected for me. When I asked them to take responsibility and provide their insurance information, they refused to cooperate. An inspection is supposed to protect buyers from exactly this kind of costly surprise ? but this company failed at the most basic part of their job. I would not trust them to inspect any property.?

This company is a complete disaster. They missed over $30,000 in obvious foundation damage during my home inspection ? the kind of issue any competent inspector should catch. When confronted, they flat-out refused to provide their insurance information, which tells you everything you need to know about their integrity. Their negligence has cost me tens of thousands of dollars, and their refusal to stand behind their work is outrageous. Do yourself a favor ? stay far away from this company unless you enjoy expensive surprises and zero accountability

We are so grateful we chose Bryan Webbâ s services. We were contemplating an old home that had great bones to it, but didnâ t want to wait having it inspected during a contingency contract. So We hired Bryan, and thought we would offer and negotiate a price after his results. Bryan and his team are absolutely professional, prompt, thorough, and will make you feel very reassured about their discoveries and results. Your investment is their investment, and his excellent communication made us feel so glad to have called him!

The representative got back to me within minutes of me request my inspection. He was very polite, knowledgeable and flexible with meeting my scheduling needs. Once the inspection was completed, I received a very detailed report with pictures and descriptions before he left the house. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a home inspection at any time.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
