I employed Mr. Tatum to repair and refresh a rental property which sold for much more than I expected. I have since hired Mr. Tatum to completely remodel two other properties, which includes all of the options on the above "select work done box" and more. Both of these properties have appraised for much more than what has been invested into them. Mr. Tatum does excellent work for reasonable prices. I have recommended him to colleagues, family and friends.

The drywall in my spare bedroom ceiling was sagging down. Tatum & Tatum replaced all the ceiling drywall and painted it for a competitive price. It's never looked this good!
