When these guys put on my new roof, they pulled all of the insulation off with the roofing material and then just put roofing material back thus turning my house into an oven! They left a mess their nails in the driveway. Three people got flats.! what should?ve been a simple Roof is haunting me a year and a half later! Fuck you, Ridge Max roofing!

When the hurricane came through the damages were absolutely devastating, I didn't know what to do. We had them install a metal roof on Marco Isand in fall of 2023. I did not know it at the time, but they ran out of colormatched screwes and instead used color matched spray paint to make the screws match the color of the roof. Less than a year later the paint had faded making the front section of my home above our front door look like it had the measels. I began requesting repar in September of 2024. It is still not done mid June, 2025. I've had two of their staff come look at the damage, document it, and promise to order materials. The most recent visit was in March. I've place numerous calls and texts. I've received numerous promises, broken promises, and postponements. The crew manager will not answer or return my calls. I finally got ahold of someone in the office this morning and they told me they had not even ordered the material yet. They told me they ordered in last November. I have been a contractor and hired many companies in my 50 years of doing business in the trades. This

They will start the job on the 16th. Great attitudes.
