We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!

Ben did some remodeling for our house in 2017. He was clear about the necessary steps and was dependable. He showed up when he said he would, and the work was finished on time and on budget which is very rare for contractors. He also provided thoughtful solutions to an outdoor drainage issue we had in our older home. A couple of years later we also hired him to do flooring at my relative's house, and he again completed the work on time and on budget with his team. We have always loved working with him and would gladly use him as our contractor on future jobs.

I used Ben Oded for replacing my roof and building a customized aluminum patio cover. Both projects were completed on schedule and within budget. Ben is extremely knowledgeable in home construction and renovation. He is very responsive and addressed any concerns or issues with these projects. I would definitely use him for any future home renovation projects!

Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. Great experience and our bathrooms are amazing.

I could not recommend Ben Oded and his team more. I've now worked with Ben on multiple projects, including a new bathroom, renovations of existing bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, and most recently, an ADU, and on every occasion, Ben and his team have delivered. Ben is honest, reliable, and direct. When he says he is going to do something, I never have to worry about it getting done. He'll also be very honest with you about what's possible and at what price. There are also numerous examples of Ben going above and beyond. One such example was around my wedding. The week before the wedding, we lost all hot water...We had multiple plumbers over, but no one could find the solve. Two days before the wedding, we were scrambling. I called Ben, and within an hour, we had a plumber over, who fixed the issue and at a fraction of the cost. I could not recommend Ben more.
