Thoughtful, careful, and documented every step of the service. Mr Ramirez took many photos and explained his processes to me. He offered alternatives to reduce expense at several points. His crew were pleasant and careful about doors and floors, leaving no dust or tracks.

I have a really old laundry dryer that had not had the vents cleaned in WAY too long. I requested estimates from Ramirez and Tony contacted me right away and provided me with details about what he expected would need to be done. He called before arriving to give me an ETA and he and his crew showed up on time. They went right to work in a very professional manner. Tony kept me updated about what they were doing and what they found (A LOT of lint and some water build up too!). They completed the job in about an hour and left the area very clean. Now my dryer works almost like new and I'm extremely pleased with Ramirez Duct Cleaning. I highly recommend Tony and his crew!

They came right away. They were nice and professional. Did the job, showed me the results and cleaned up after themselves. The only aspect I wasn't happy with was that it was pricey.

Tony was knowledgeable and explained the step by step service to be performed and why it was important to a heating system for efficiency and general maintenance. I thought the price was not inexpensive. However, I chose Ramirex Duct Cleaning due to Tony's presentation. Tony and his 2 assistants were neat, efficient and careful. My 24 year old furnace blade system and 10 vents were cleaned as well as the dryer and vent system within 3 years. Tony took before and after pictures of each phase of the operation which was impressive.

Ramirez Ducts were hired to clean all ducts and vents, including the dryer vent. Tony and his 2 assistants came on time and stayed until everything was spotless. Tony took before and after shots of what his team had done, including shots of the 2 furnaces taken apart. They took care to cover furniture where appropriate and covered their feet. I was going to invest in a new dryer, but now my dryer works perfectly again.
