hired Mr. Electric of Overland Park (Brock) came out to diagnose and repair / the repair failed after 2 hours and he was sent back out and $30 trip charged was waived by the office / she was charged for the repair and a membership she was not advised of any membership she needs to spk w/ Mr Electric customer svc / she is still in need of electrical repair and very unsatisfied /
