Tim did a professional job and communicated and worked with Kohnen Concrete who does our annual septic system maintenance. Tim was polite, professional, showed up early & had great communication with us throughout. Very reasonable. We will definitely be using Mitchell Environmental for any future needs.

Tim is excellent. Made agreement over the phone ahead. Called on the day before showing up...actually showed up a little early...pumped out our aerobic system tank that I had admittedly not stayed up on (after 23 years) and probably took way more time than he probably figured without a murmur as to the quoted price. Tim was professional, personal and just a really nice person. In 5 years when my system should be (and will be) pumped out again, my first and only call will be to Mitchell Environmental LLC.
